About Us

Reality Check Plus is a statewide visioning exercise to be conducted in four regions across the state of Maryland. While Reality Check exercises have been held in urban areas across the country, this effort represents one of the nation’s first to develop a statewide vision for growth. Organizers include broad-based groups of academic, business, civic, development, and environmental professionals at the statewide and regional levels. Altogether, more than 100 sponsoring organizations from throughout the state are working together to develop, finance and otherwise support this project.
